Administrative division and Wordpress?

Friends, has anyone come across a solution for implementing the binding of posts to an administrative division such as region-district-settlement? Maybe there are ready-made bases and / and plugins? And, most importantly, as I understand it, if everything is organized through the headings, and the hierarchy, then WordPress will simply stop. But there must be a way to make it so that it would not stop? :)

I did not understand anything in the question. There are a lot of georeferencing plugins in WP.
What exactly will stop? Why stop? Formulate a thought.
