There was a problem in setting a single HTML-signature for employees, groups of employees.
Google mail is now used (minimum tariff)
The task is to automate the insertion of signatures for employees or a group of employees.

You can:

  • Set default signature for everyone via Gmail API: https://developers.google.com/gmail/api/guides/ali...
  • Set footer for all outgoing messages: https://support.google.com/a/answer/2364576
  • Use Apps to set a signature for everyone, or individual departments: https://workspace.google.com/marketplace/app/email...

But, for all this, you must have a paid Google Workspace.
