There are questions about the API https://fleet.taxi.yandex.ru/docs/api/reference/in...
Maybe someone has already come across this. We are writing the integration of our taxi fleet now.

Is it possible through the API the following:
- Add new drivers of the taxi fleet
- Add new cars of the taxi fleet

Or can this be done only through a personal account?
