Adding a line between tags does not work when transferring to sublime-text 3. What should I do?

Sorry for the wording, I don't know how to describe it better. In the newest version of Sublime Text, when you press Enter between two tags, a normal line break occurs, although in some of the previous versions a new line was created between the tags and the cursor was placed on it. How to return this wonderful feature? I have Ubuntu 20.04 LTS.
