Is it possible to immediately add this product to opencart when scanning a barcode on the phone?
Is this even possible?

In general, I am not familiar with opencart, BUT: information about the product is not stored in the barcode. It's just a set of numbers. And the computer itself, based on the database of these numbers, decides what a particular product is.
