Add Bootsrap popover fade time?

There is a button on which the popover is stopped, it has a link, when I click on the button, the popover pops up, if I click outside the popover, it disappears, when I click on the link in the popover, then the link is followed, but there is a problem when I click standard on the link in popover, then everything is fine, but when I click on the link is not standard, I hold the LMB a little longer, then the popover immediately disappears and I don’t have time to click. How to add timeout on click for popover?
