Adblock and big brother?
here I was thinking how much advertising (.!.) comes about saviors against advertising on the Internet, they say this is one of the best means of blocking all sorts of shit on the Internet, but what if the application itself sends anonymous statistics about visited sites, entered passwords? what if he definitely takes at least part of the information to himself for analysis, but this is spelled out in the deep jungle of the agreement? what do you think about this subject? is there any reason to consider adblock as a project of an evil genius who deceived us all, and already has information on millions of users?

I am sure that any browser extension steals your username / password when entering any bank account / social network. network and cash out or use you to send spam. Otherwise, how do they earn their hosting, which costs them millions of dollars, because they have huge traffic????????
Considering how many users Adblock Plus has, for sure more than one person has studied its code more than once, if something was introduced there, it would immediately become known.
is there any reason to consider adblock a project of an evil genius
