Active Directory + Apache + mod_auth_kerb. How to finish?

Hello colleagues!
I ask for your advice. The situation is as follows:
There is a domain, there is Apache with mod_auth_kerb module. Transparent authentication (SSO) is configured. Everything works great, if not for one "but".
There is an authentication page to which the user must be redirected if the user is not in a domain or simply cannot provide a mechanism for authentication using Kerberos.
As an option, I found it here, using Error Document 401:

But the side effect is that a browser dialog appears, we press "cancel" and only then does it happen redirect. I would like it to be more elegant or something. :)
Maybe someone has implemented something similar and will share their experience.
