Hello, please tell me:
I encountered the fact that Acronis True Image 2015 does not see an external hard drive.
At the same time, Acronis sees its bootable USB flash drive, but alas, an external HDD, hooked up even in USB 2.0, even in USB 3.0.
Is it possible to somehow get out of this situation, given that I want to clone the C:\ system drive quite regularly, but I don’t want to pull the SATA cable regularly?

Apparently, the USB driver or the driver for the adapter did not pull up (it happens sometimes).
Try a newer version of the software, 2015 is hopelessly outdated.
