Accounting with mobile application and encryption?

You need to keep full bookkeeping, but for yourself :)
Requirements in order of importance:
1) Data encryption
2) ios / android mobile applications
3) Synchronization with a standard cloud (Dropbox, iCloud, GDisk - it doesn’t matter)
That is, the most important requirement is encryption. A la password manager - there is an encrypted file, you can reach it from various computers and phones / tablets.
Does it exist at all?
