Accessing the guest OS server from host-OS

There is an Ubuntu that has VMWare installed. Inside the virtual machine, Windows 7 is spinning and, for example, IIS with a test site. You need to see a site from host-OS (Ubuntu) that is running inside the client OS.

And what's the problem?
your.guest.ip.addr/
And it doesn't matter which network, bridged, nat or host-only. Directly from the virtualization server (your ubunta in this case) there is always network access to the guest.
