Access to your Google+ profile. Error 404. Why?

The site is authorized through google+.
Each user has his id from google.
I display links to the profile in the form:
https://plus.google.com/user_id_google_plus
At the same time, I have access to some profiles, and in some cases I get a 404 error from Google.
Why is a 404 error returned for some addresses ???
