Access to virtual server services from the Internet

I need the virtual server services to be available from the Internet.
My configuration:
1. local OS ubuntu 14.04 with VirtualBox 4.3.10 installed local machine IP 192.168.0.107;
2. os on the ubuntu 12.04 virtual server, the network is configured as bridge IP of the virtual machine 192.168.104;
port 80 is open
iptables -A INPUT -p tcp -m multiport --dports 80,443 -j ACCEPT
on 2ip.ru shows that port
3 is open .176.122;
Inside the network, if I go from the local computer to the address 192.168.0.104, then everything is fine, but if I go to the address 92.254.176.122, then nothing comes out, the same thing from outside (in the sense from a computer not located inside the local network).
Tell me how to solve this?

@FIMAk

and what port do you have on the web interface of the router, if you forwarded 80? maybe try 8080, and try temporarily disabling the firewall for a test. Well, and most importantly, do you have a white IP? (as I understand it, the indicated Swedish was for example)

Yes, the router turned out to be to blame, for some reason it is not possible to forward port 80 on it.
