Access to the server by domain name?

Hello.
The situation is as follows: there is a router at the entrance. Devices are connected from it, including a file server.
HFS is installed on the server, at the moment it is accessed through a browser via IP:port.
I want to take a domain name, but you can’t drive IP and port under a domain name. As I understand it, by default, access to the file server goes through port 80. If I redirect it to the router, I will be left without the Internet at all, which is not the norm.
What are the options for accessing the server without registering the port and at the same time the Internet is working on other devices?

You are confusing everything. I read it twice, and I still don't understand what you don't understand. What does it mean "IP and port under the domain name will not drive"? Why should you stay without internet?
