Access to the local machine from outside?

Good people help
me I can’t get access from the outside to the local machine, I
tried to configure the TD-W8151N router and gave the path like Virtual host

and also entered ip in the DMZ (ip not local)

And after that, entering my external browser from the browser ip forwards to the local machine BUT from another machine on the network there is no access
What is wrong with me? my external ip is 178.90. 251.151 and the ip of the internal network eth0 192.168.1.100
tried to change the server name 192.168.1.100 in httpd.conf Server name 192.168.1.100 to no avail
for the 5th day I have been suffering if I need to change the iptables rules skinte please
