Access to SVN from the program

The question is the following. What are there to access SVN, that is, my program should be able to update and commit, and not use third-party development. like SlikSVN.

actually svn itself comes with a sish api, but there are bindings for almost all languages.
I personally used pysvn for a couple of simple scripts, it's a slightly higher level API wrapper.

SharpSVN is a handy library for .Net. Used in my project. There is a version of both x86 and x64.
