access. How to open a subform to enter a new entry?

There is such task for Access. There is a main form with some info. Inside she has a subordinate, not related to the main one in the fields. I need that when opening the main form, the subordinate one opens not on its first record, but to enter a new record. I know how to do this for a regular form (using a macro with the “On Write / New” command on the form opening event), but this does not work for a subform, apparently because there is no “form opening” event. Thank you!
