Access blocking by vkAPI?

Actually the question, before everything worked, now the wall.get request issues

Failed connect to api.vk.com:443; Operation now in progress (7)

It looks like it got banned. Especially a lot of requests did not go, I read the frequency restrictions, they should not have been violated.
Actually the question is, how can I understand when I unlock, and will they unlock it at all?
