What are the systems for accepting payments from credit cards in Ukraine? Of particular interest are systems with a minimum of necessary documents (I am a programmer, not a lawyer), minimal withdrawal problems and a commission that depends on the payments accepted (I don’t want to pay a lot of money to processing until clients start paying me).
PS Holivar is not welcome, if you used the system, please write why you chose it and what problems you encountered. Thanks in advance.

liqpay.com - Ukrainians with a simple connection.
But I'm still a supporter of using PayPal.
