Absolute positioning in Xamarin (Android) designer?

Hello. Is there a way to position elements like in Android Studio so that it can be scaled down and centered etc? If you change LinearLayout to AbsoluteLayout in axml, then it becomes impossible to create an element, if you enter another element into AbsoluteLayout, for example, a button, then it disappears (LinearLayout -> AbsoluteLayout -> Button).
Is it possible to achieve the effect that, as in Visio, the designer can freely move elements?
