1) How to connect the Fenom template engine ( https://github.com/fenom-template/fenom). And not only him, but others as well. To the project in php.
2) Where can I read about the usual PHP template engine. Let's say a reference or instruction.

You need to use the Twig template engine.
You need to connect the template engine, like any other libraries, through Composer.
