About crossposting?

Please tell me, is the ban on cross-posting mainly related to search engine optimization?
1. I am interested in the following, if I am preparing an article and want to post it on all my blogs and on Habré, according to the rules of this resource, am I obliged to post it here first?
2. And can I post "as is" a couple of my articles from my own blog in the relevant thematic ones here?
Wait to write “no” to the second question if this is not the case:
“no need to copy your posts from other blogs and sites, indicating that they were previously published elsewhere” ©
i.e. without any links to your blog, is it possible or not? There is an audience here, I want to discuss several topics of interest on which I wrote articles earlier.

According to the rules, you can't.
But in reality, some habrousers do this. This is a "risk" event.
If the article turns out to be bad, the drain will be monstrous. At the same time, if the article is in the style of KO or for the most part consists of copy-paste from other resources, then it is likely that someone will snitch on the administration and you will get a banhammer hit.
It is better not to link to the same article in your blog.
