A universal algorithm for making money from advertising on websites, am I right?

So, I'm a web developer and I want to make money from advertising. My actions:
1. I catch a wave - ie. I track trends and search queries (for example, on the Yandex Wordstat) at the moment, I find out what is relevant and interesting to people now. I try to keep up with the news.
2. I choose from current topics new ones that have not been raised before (for example, the same cryptocurrencies).
3. From new and relevant topics, I choose what is at least somehow interesting to me, so that there is an additional incentive.
4. I finally decide on a niche - how full it is, whether the competition is high, how much money is spinning in it.
5. I develop a site, I fill it with information on the chosen topic. You can parse information from other sites on similar topics and place it on your site, reworking the content.
6. I add various functionality and interactivity to the site, make it unique, memorable and, of course, useful for visitors.
7. I invest money and effort in promotion (I have some savings).
8. Time passes, visitors appear, traffic grows (I make the site for people, not for search engines).
9. I place unobtrusive ads in the form of banners, maybe in some other way (I don't know much about this topic yet).
10. Advertising is spinning - laveha is turbid.
eleven. ???
12. PROFIT!
How much of a dreamer am I and this plan is far from reality?))

I would like to kill such earners.
When you are looking for something yourself, the entire top of the search is polluted by such sites rewriting content from each other, in which there is zero useful information, zero personal experience, and zero usefulness for the visitor.
To find a really useful site, which was first created to share information , supported by a specialist in his field, and only then monetized, you need to dig through a ton of slag that was created for the sake of mining, and the content was obtained by "parsing information from other sites on similar topics and posting her on his website, rearranging the words in places.

I rarely use the word WordPress without the word "shit", but this is one of those rare occasions. In fact, in this theme you cover $100-200 with yourself, since WordPress is everything you need in this option.
At the same time, you are going to pay for SEO, but you forget about the cost of content, and in this case it is many times more than SEO ...
Either SEOs or copywriters can do this, covering part of the expenses with themselves.
In general, I think if you count well, you will change your mind a lot.

I will tell the bitter, but the truth. Throw items 1-3 of the plan into the trash immediately and forever. Only what you are passionate about works. Just lie down for 30 minutes in silence, so that no one and nothing distracts you and analyze what you really like. Choose three topics. On the first start to make the first site. Let the second and third spin in your head. After launching the first site, start building the second one. After the second - the third. Again, lie down and analyze, look for the following three topics in yourself. And back to work. Which one will shoot the biggest income? No one knows. But the fact that all of them will be visited and generate a pretty penny is for sure.
If you need benevolent criticism (without insults and obscenities, but without pink saliva and stroking on the head), then a personal application.
