A system for tracking opinions and discussions?

I remember seeing a lot of services offering automated tracking of brand opinions, forum posts on a particular topic, tweets about a particular product, etc. I didn’t take it seriously then, but now it’s time to reconsider the point of view a little. And now I can’t really find anything, except for Google Alerts, which doesn’t work very well with Russian words.
Advise something, please.
