A sudden influx of subscribers to a site that's not even finished?

In a couple of days, 25 people registered on my WordPress site 7stones.ru , which, by the way, is far from finished. They don't look like customers, left no comments.
Where does this surge come from? What they want?
I'm not sure if it would be appropriate to post a screenshot here with a list of nicknames and emails, but it worries me a little.

These are bots.
Disable registration.

Bots climbed through the left plugins. I don’t approve, but usually if users with strange emails start to complain, it means that the virus has climbed in from somewhere.
