A site based on modern, popular technologies in the style of material design?

Hello, I want to create a website based on popular java technologies using Spring, Hibernate, primefaces, jboss in material design style. I'm going to write beautifully so that everything is on the shelves. Implement registration, protection with Spring Security. The site is simple like tproger.ru. I am writing a website for personal purposes.

Are there similar attempts of this kind, and are there any other CSS libraries with material design?

PS: How difficult do you think it will be to create such a site? And what's the easiest way to get started?
I asked these questions to roughly set a deadline for myself.
