A site about engineering electronics for dummies?

My friend, being a humanitarian, got a job in a large company selling various loose powder, microcontrollers, etc. And, realizing that she would have problems with the lack of at least minimal knowledge in this area, she asked for my advice in search of information on this topic. Although I am a physicist, my knowledge of electronics is limited to what I learned in the course of radiophysics and workshops on it, since I am busy in another area. Therefore, I would be very grateful for any links to information on this topic. Everything will be in Russian or English.

Thank you all in advance.

It won’t pass for the main resource, but there are many good articles written for beginners on arduino in particular on robocraft.ru

Don't you think that the so-called. Fuel and lubricants are not compatible with hardware. And if the mindset is not humanitarian, but simply there is not enough knowledge, for a start it’s worth learning the basics: reading Tietze and Schenk, the basics of digital electronics, and then dancing on specific pieces of iron.
And then, you see, often I was in a situation where, when asked “do you have any substitutes for element A”, I received “no idea” or “google”.

To sell a product well, you need to at least understand what you are selling.
