A single feed of friends from different social networks?

Most of us have accounts on social networks and there is almost never such a single network where all the contacts would be at once. And we ourselves write something there, something here. As a result, what to do behind the news feed, you need to go to different sites. Is there a solution for integrating social networks and blog services at the level of at least a single feed of friends?
What services are you interested in?
At least the most popular ones: Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Vkontakte, LiveJournal.
What platforms?
Any: web service, client for Windows / iOS / Android / Linux
What did you see close?
Of the web services, this is Feedburner, but it does not accept Twitter RSS, and Facebook refuses RSS too.
From the software - Social Hub for Android, I don’t remember about the tape, but metacontacts are convenient.
In general, is there anything in this direction? Maybe some startups. Ideally, with metacontacts and removal of cross-posting duplicates, but these are already dreams.
If not, is such a service interesting and in what form? There were probably no less attempts to unite existing social networks than attempts to create their own social network, and the owners of the networks themselves are not very happy to give the tape to parsers and other hangers-on. So the question is more theoretical.

I've been looking for an application for a long time not for reading, but for writing to many social networks. Like a semajik for LiveJournal, but with a choice of where to post.
And for reading once used friendfeed. But that was a long time ago, maybe now it has been finished.

Windows Phone 7 - the feed in the people tab is shown, all the news from friends from: Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Windows Live. Conveniently very and seamlessly integrated. Metacontacts also includes contact with all of these social networks from a single entry in the phone book. There is no G +, while it is inactive there, but, as they say, looking forward.
Add a contact ... there is so much unnecessary in the same place - the tape will be very dirty.
