A simple system for inventory control?

It just so happened that my company has a bunch of all kinds of hardware that we work with (video cameras, tablets, servers, laptops, etc.). They constantly bring new things to me, some of the equipment goes to exhibitions, some to customers, they forget to return something, they bring something superfluous, and so on all the time. The equipment occupies two whole racks.
Accordingly, the need has ripened to keep track of all this, but I don’t need cool warehouse programs. You need something on the web and with a set of simple functions:
1. Equipment registry (characteristics, photos, descriptions)
2. Arrival and departure (exhibitions, clients)
3. The ability to see where a particular piece of iron is now
4. The ability to view the history of moving the piece of iron .
Tell me a ready-made system or an online database in which this can be implemented.
