A similar tool for Java, like in c++ builder, to quickly create applications for working with a database?

Does any IDE for java have similar tools. Which allow you to create reports without writing code, just sketched the elements on the form and got the result.

I sincerely do not want to offend you personally, but this is what I call brain delphi. Why didn't you like writing code? At a minimum, it is necessary to describe models and others - yes, I understand that in products from borland, you can quickly throw something on the form with the mouse and it will work, but building on borland any decent architecture that is convenient to maintain and expand for me personally was another task ... maybe I didn’t comprehend Zen and Borland’s gurus can do it, but personally I didn’t come across such.
If you switch from C++ builder, break the usual concepts of development, java (as in fact, development in most normal languages) is very different from what Borland offers, believe me, it didn’t just die on the market.

lol. Java is a language in which even GUIs are written in text, and textbooks say "GridLayaot is hell and apocalypse and even experienced programmers can be intimidating."
And you want "on the form to sketch as in bilder".
