A service for organizing the work of a research call center?

Good afternoon! My name is Michael. In my company, we made a call center: 10 people sit at computers with phones and conduct research - they call potential customers of different brands and interview them using a small script.
Now it works on the knee: the result of the call and the fixation of information from the respondent is produced in an excel table.
I would like to have some kind of cloud platform where I can upload basic information about respondents (brand, position, name, phone number) and scatter them among call center employees. There are a lot of respondents (it has already exceeded 10,000) and it doesn’t work out on the knee: too often employees lose tables, mess up in grammar or details, etc.
Does anyone know of a similar service? We are not engaged in sales, we do not need a dial-up and a sales funnel. We make one single call for the purpose of polling opinions and we need to record this opinion somewhere. I would be immensely grateful for any help and a hint in which direction to look)

Sales or not, it doesn't matter. Any free CRM can do this.
On the example of Bitrix24:
  • Register a portal (free).
  • Adding fields to the contact card
  • We import our plate in csv format into the "Contacts" CRM.
  • We also import the base for raw contacts there.
  • We divide contacts by responsible, or create a call
  • Callers go through the database and write the results to the contact card (you can display reports by the fields!)
