A series of two-three language (multilingual) one-page sites, how good is WordPress for this?

Hello!
The advice of professional practitioners is needed:
the task is to make several one-page sites with minimal time, but with high quality and with further support (change content, contacts, photos, etc.).
Each site is in two, less often three languages.
The design is individual and will have to be pulled on the CMS.
Is WordPress up to the task? Or is it better to choose something else?
I have experience in programming for the web, but I only came across WP superficially.
