A promotional video for an Android game?

I recently released my first Android game, and there was a question about the promotional video. I don’t have the opportunity to make a professional video with animation now, I can only shoot the process of playing with improvised means with off-screen music or comments. Would it make sense to create such a video, or would it only spoil the experience of the game? The game itself is in the logic genre.
