There is a drawing of resources from hodozhnikov in Adobe Photoshop. Orientation to mobile devices - and you need some kind of solution for which. The artist can draw and dynamically view the rendered element on mobile. In order not to go into details - which will not be visible and large enough to be legible.

Are there ready-made solutions or plugin tips?

You can connect your phone / tablet as a second monitor in duplication mode. I won’t say the name of the application, I connected it via USB two years ago.
In extreme cases, you can even watch the PC screen through the teamviewer.
