A platform for employee training, how best to implement it?

You need to write a website for employee training, similar to the edmodo / laba.com website.
For the back-end, I'm going to use Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Data, Hibernate, Mysql.
front-end : HTML, CSS, and in the course of work I will choose some JS framework.
Advise where to start planning the site architecture, the main points, maybe there are good ready-made templates for this. I would be very grateful for any advice

Good afternoon!
No one will give advice on the architecture of the site without knowing the full terms of reference.
For the front-end, if you plan to use a simpler framework, you can choose VueJS There are
ready-made free templates. You can choose templates here not only for Vue, but also for other frameworks - https://www.creative-tim.com/templates/vuejs-free
But of course, if you need a more usable template, then you should contact the designer, layout designer , and then transfer it to the framework of your choice.
There are different electronic platforms for training specialists. For example, the same udemy.com supports video streaming and generates certificates. In general, first of all, decide on the functionality, and then refine the details of the architecture.

Start with a list of functional, and then non-functional requirements. If there is no clarity, then coordinate and settle down the primary ones, and as the work progresses, correct something. Technology does not play a special role in such a formulation of the question. Like software architecture
