A piece of iron that can VPN through one port on the router?

Comrades, can you suggest any specific budget piece of hardware like Asus or D-Link from routers, which will allow you to set up a VPN on yourself and run it through one port?
I want to try to put a work phone at home by connecting it to the same port.

Here is an excellent portable router, which, among other things, has a USB port, here is its page on the OpenWrt wiki, and here it is on the Yandex Market. I have a good experience with him when working with Skype.

My Zyxel Keenetic (all versions) works out of the box. Only the first firmware is needed, then you can run the VPN over the Internet. On the second, I couldn’t achieve this, since he is trying to connect the Internet through the VPN for some reason - he didn’t dig, rolled back to the 1st firmware and works like a clock. And you can add a static route to corporate addresses to be sure.
