A lightweight CMS for creating documentation or a book?

Are there any lightweight CMS, preferably on files, that are easy to create documentation in?
You need the presence of TOC, menu back-forward-first. Like . Well, preferably, the usual functionality: creating pages, an editable sidebar, etc.
Maybe there is a plugin for common CMS with such functionality?
You need open source.

Bitrix is! But seriously, I think you hardly need a CMS here. I would advise you Jekyll or Middleman , though this is if you are not critical of the lack of a wysiwyg editor and an administrative panel for managing the site. Plus, jekyll is hosted for free on github with its own domain.
