A header with duplicate elements, is it important for SEO?

Greetings! My header on the site has two navigation lists, two authorization buttons. This is made for adaptive. I.k. there is a burger menu in it .. which leaves on the side, pushing all the content away. One element is always hidden depending on screen width display none
Q: Is this bad for SEO optimization? Will there be problems with indexing or some other pitfalls later?
