A good example of creating a webrtc voice connection?

I tried using oracle webrtc session controller, but there is a problem with raising and configuring the webrtc session server console itself. ( https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E40972_01/doc.70/e40973... ) Tell me

some working example that is not complicated by anything, where 2 users can simply connect to each other and communicate by voice (video is not needed) by webrtc.
I understand there should be configured just peerconnection to each other?
