A fully discrete graphics card does not work after reinstalling Windows on ssd m2. What could be?

Good afternoon.
The story continues for the second day.

Model Asus k501UX.
There was a system of the last more or less update after the Creators Update. I think the 19th version of the assembly or newer.
Worked on HDD. Official Windows Home even when buying a laptop. With a card of norms, toys, programs, a discrete video card worked correctly.

Then I decided to transfer to ssd m2 WD blue.
Through the official Windows installer, I made a flash drive with a license. Installed on ssd. Everything was running smoothly.
Installed drivers via driver pack. Nvidia installed for the integrated Intel, too, all the rules.

Everything is great, but I decided to test the game. I start, everything slows down. Started watching the dispatcher. Shows that the integrated video card is clogged by 100% and discrete 10-30%. The dispatcher shows that the game switches video cards, but still works mainly on the integrated one.
Began to understand.
Everywhere put down priorities for discrete.
Still no.

Reinstalled drivers.

I found information in topics that jambs with drivers happen in the new version of Windows and that on older versions it is possible to roll back and get better with firewood.
I reinstalled Windows a couple more times, on builds 19 and 1607.
Maybe the builds are not very good, but still the discreet does not start fully.

This is nonsense, but I'm already starting to think on the SSD.
No prompt what thoughts, can who faced?
I really don't know what anymore.

In short, I reinstalled 7 times.
Installed Linux.
So the brakes.
It's not about the system, it's about the hardware.
I was given an idea, I don't know if it's a conspiracy or not. But 5 years have passed almost exactly and such a lag of iron.
I reset Bios via reset to default settings.
Everything flew.

So SATA M.2 or PCI-E NVME?
If the latter, then the SSD shares the PCIe bus with the video card, and perhaps the default mode in the BIOS is not at all the best for this. Then it won’t hurt to go in and explicitly specify how exactly to share the bus for devices (for example, 4-4-8, etc.)

here you need a driver, but I don’t see it,
exhaustively, two years ago in depth,
that is. you put -1 version, -2 , -3 , etc. and compare
