There is a full account on GeekTimes. You can still write to Habr only in the Sandbox. I tried to find this moment in the "Help" and did not find it.
Can someone poke where it is written? Or is it removed from "Help"?

All right. Accounts on Habré and GT are different, reputation / karma and merit are different. There is only one authorization.
