A free survey site without a possible "cheat" result?

To work, you need to organize a fairly large survey. I don’t have my own site (more precisely, I do, but I don’t have access to it, but I was puzzled, as usual, “extreme”).
Briefly about TK:
About 50 questions.
The answer options are only yes/no/null.
Free.
The ability on a free account to at least somehow minimally protect against cheating (by ip / cd / reg / captcha).
The survey period is 3 months.
Options with social networks are strictly prohibited by the authorities.
At the moment, all found options are asked to pay for any of the functions (usually for checking the uniqueness of the voice).
I will ask for help from a respected community.
Thank you.

And what is not satisfied with the found paid ones?
What are their average prices per month?
