A few .gits, but a common ticket system and wiki?

Good afternoon!
We ran into such a problem ...
Our project has already existed for more than a year and for all the time several .git repositories have appeared in it, and each has its own tickets and wiki, often tickets overlap or have something in common in different turnips. There was a need to maintain a common system of tickets and a wiki for all repositories.
Has anyone come across this problem and knows a solution.
Tell.
update
I forgot to say, we use github. An organization has been created and repositories created within it.

Take and start maintaining a common system of tickets and wiki.
What a matter of taste it is.

I have never used such a feature, but apparently, redmine can have several repositories for one project.
