A button that saves filtering?

Guys, there is a page on which there is a filtered gallery. Let's say I select "apartments" in the filter, and I click on the apartment that interests me. I go to the view page. On this page there is a button "see similar". So, how to make it so that the user who clicks on this button goes to the gallery, in which the filtering that the user has selected is saved?

Pass filtering data using the GET method, and receive this data on the page with the gallery. If not, then reset the filter to the default settings.
