A book for a beginner in microcontrollers?

Advise a book that will help you understand the programming of microcontrollers at first, mainly interested in arm7 architecture and working with interfaces, at least in an overview version. I speak the C language.

Sivarama P. Dandamudi - Guide to RISC processors for Programmers and Engineers. But here it’s more about architecture, and you can already see specific micro buns in datasheets and manuals.
