A blank page opens on the laptop after trying to change the password in the iPhone application, is this a bug?

I go to the application and want to change the password. I click "reset password", enter the email. I check the email not through an iPhone, but through a laptop (not a poppy). As a result, when I click on the "go to change password" link, a blank page opens.
A junior developer tells me that this is not a bug, since the mail had to be opened not on a laptop, but on an iPhone. If so, then the bug is that a message like "go to change password using iPhone" does not appear..?
Help to deal with the problem. And yet .. do you also have no interaction between testers and developers, team leads in your company?

Jun should generally be silent and not stick out, but at most call a team leader or mentor and ask him. And already the team leader / mentor will decide whether this is a bug or not.
Regarding a bug - is it a bug or not:
It's a bug. Definitely. The user does not know that mail should only be opened from the iphone. And the user does not read what they write.
The question is - should it be fixed or not - with this it makes sense to go to the chief developer / analyst / PM, or whoever you have there. He will decide.
And you - check the logs, why the white page is given.
If there is no interaction between development, analytics, testing and management on the project - RUN FROM THERE!
Because such a project will fail. With no exceptions. Interaction MUST be - otherwise everyone will have their own idea of the product / project in their head and everyone will pull in their own direction. It will be like in a fairy tale about cancer, swan and pike. Remember this.
