6GB RAM modules?

I noticed the following: there were/are 32mb, 64mb, 128mb, 256mb, 512mb, 1gb, 2gb, 4gb, 8gb and 16gb (server) RAM modules. but I have never seen 6gb modules. why? is there some secret?
