Good afternoon!
There is a SAAS service, do I need to send a check in electronic form when accepting payment for using the service?
Maybe it's easier to change the jurisdiction of the service?
If you accept payment by cards / electronic money, then I don’t see any pitfalls in changing jurisdiction.
