4k TV 49"-50" as an additional monitor?

Has anyone tried a 4k TV to use for working with text, programming, console? Here I am looking at 49-50 inches, a point of about 0.28 is obtained, like with ordinary home monitors. Are there any pitfalls, maybe some artifacts in small text or something else?
Naturally, I'm not going to put it on the table, right in front of me, I'll put it at a distance of 2 meters somewhere.
