4K (3840x2160) or Full HD (1920x1080) if the monitor is 1440x900

If I have a monitor with a resolution of 1440x900, will there be a noticeable difference when watching 4K (3840x2160) and Full HD (1920x1080) video?
All this taking into account that the other parameters of the video are the same.

If you take two identical videos, which differ only in resolution, and diligently look for the difference, you will surely find it. With normal viewing, you can hardly guess what the original resolution was.

I think even larger image reduction artifacts may appear if it is reduced from a larger format, although it will be approximately the same by eye
